Originally released in 2003 by Estonian ice cream company Balbiino as a chocolate-covered vanilla ice cream on a stick, now it is available in stores throughout Estonia and other Baltic states in two classic flavours – vanilla and chocolate – and variety of versions
– on a stick, covered in chocolate,
– as an ice cream cone, without the chocolate glaze,
– in a box, also without the glaze;
2 years ago, to celebrate Vanilla Ninja’s 15th anniversary, limited edition of the ice cream was sold briefly at the beach in the summer capital of Estonia – Pärnu. As described by Katrin herself: vegan chocolate ice cream! No sugar, no milk and no gluten added, truly healthy and incredibly tasty! Made of cocoa beans & coconut milk, mmm…! 🙂
To celebrate an ongoing success of the Vanilla Ninja ice cream, this summer Balbiino released new advertisement featuring Lenna. The fans could spot the clip in Estonian television, while multiple posters were hung in different places throughout the country.
